Palate: Great structure, enveloping and well-balanced, fruity, with soft and silky tannins.

Nose: Wide and intense with notes of red fruit, licorice, and undergrowth.

Serving temperature: 16-18° C.

Food pairing: Perfect with red meats, roasts and Parmigiano Reggiano.
