A resolute Lambrusco, crafted entirely from Maestri grapes and brought to life through bottle refermentation with its own must, allowing the wine to develop gracefully over several years in the bottle.

Hand-selected Maestri Lambrusco grapes ferment at a maximum of 25°C, followed by 20 days of partial skin contact, allowing the wine to develop depth and character.
