WINE

Monticello Brut Nature is Monte delle Vigne's first organic Traditional Method sparkling wine, crafted from Chardonnay grown on limestone-rich clay soils at an altitude of 250 metres. Produced in a limited release of just 3,000 bottles per year, 30% of the wine is matured in Austrian Klaus Pauscha tonneaux, while the remaining 70% is aged in stainless steel before spending 24 months on its lees prior to disgorgement.
