Rubina Brut è uno spumante rosé biologico ottenuto da 100% Barbera, interpretata in una veste elegante e sorprendente. La breve macerazione sulle bucce e la spumantizzazione con Metodo Charmat, accompagnata da un affinamento di sei mesi sui lieviti, regalano un vino fresco, armonioso e di grande personalità, capace di valorizzare il carattere del vitigno con una raffinata espressione aromatica.
