Poggio Alto Brut is an organic sparkling wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay, combining elegance, freshness and remarkable complexity. The base wine is partially fermented in tonneaux and partially in stainless steel, before undergoing 24 months of bottle ageing on the lees, a process that enhances its finesse, balance and refined creamy texture.
