Limestone-clay soils with west facing exposure, at an altitude of 250 metres

20k Bottles/Year

The Barbera and Bonarda grapes are hand-selected and harvested. After fermentation at a maximum of 30°C, they undergo a 20-day maceration on the skins, followed by ageing for one year in stainless steel tanks before release.
