The unforgettable presentation of Guida Essenziale ai Vini d’Italia – 2024 edition – of Daniele Cernilli , alias Doctor Wine , took place into the evocative scenery Antico Casale delle Vigne, location dedicated to events inside Monte delle Vigne estate. The event offered to wine lovers a complete experience, enriched by tastings of 15 Emilian wineries, by the guided tour to Monte delle Vigne winery and by an exclusive dinner which exaulted the oeno-culinary titbits of our land.
The night began with the exploration of the tasting of different wineries: the guests had the opportunity to taste a vary huge selection of wines coming from Emilian wineries. The ONAV experts managed the public throw a sensory experience, sharing knowledges and advice on how better appreciate the features of each label.
Then, the guests had the opportunity to plunge themselves into the unique atmosphere of Monte delle Vigne barricaia, where they could listen the history of the ageing process of the prestigious wines produced on our Parma Hills. This experience let wine lovers appreciate the artisan work and the accurate attention that are the basis of Monte delle Vigne wine production.
The manual presentation ended with an extraordinary dinner into the Antico Casale, where the chef Mariano Chiarelli created an exclusive menu taught to exalt the wines features. Each course was paired with care to a selected wine, presented by Daniele Cernilli , by creating a vivid and unforgettable tasting experience.
At the end of the night Lorenzo Numanti, Monte delle Vigne CEO, commented: “I thank all the present people, starting from Daniele Cernilli and its staff, Paolo Tegoni, Sandro Piovani, Giorgio Lambri and I’m surely missing someone… But I want to underline that the other producer were the reason of the success of the event: in a so competitive world, we know that we do not go anywhere if we stay alone”.
Plunged into an atmosphere of conviviality and discovery, the presentation of Doctor Wine manual, was an extraordinary occasion to celebrate the richness and variety of the Emilian land – often underestimated – by offering people a captivating and unforgettable experience. This event confirmed Monte delle Vigne role as a prestigious destination for wine lovers. We hope to organize again events of high level, like this one.
