COPPINI, DELICIUS AND MONTE DELLE VIGNE: WINNING SYNERGIES AT CIBUS 2024

The world of oeno-gastronomy is rich in synergies and collaborations that glorify the land excellences and that bring to light quality products: this has been demonstrated in a tangible way during Cibus 2024, very important fair dedicated to the Italian food farming, where Coppini, Delicius and Monte delle Vigne – companies of note in the parmesan panorama – put together their forces to present a partnership very appreciated from visitors. The idea of mixing the excellences of these three realities is born from the will of offering to the public a complete and enveloping sensory experience, that could celebrate the oeno-gastronomic excellences of the Emilian region.

Coppini, known oil company with a long tradition (“already in 1946” says the business pay off), offered a selection of its best oils, from the unmistakable de’ Coppini to the prestigious Gentiluomo Agricoltore. Inside Coppini stand, Monte delle Vigne let the public taste Primavera, Poggio Alto, Ginestra and Brusata with the presence of a disseminator during the entire fair.

Delicius offered a selection of its exquisite products, like the very new anchovy fillets for pizza, worked with mastery by following the ancient traditions to guarantee a unique and unmistakable savour. The presence of a Monte delle Vigne boule enriched the oeno-gastronomic offer of the partnership, by offering to visitors the possibility to pair the wines – mainly Callas – to excellence fish tastings.
