“I’ve always loved white streets” were the words said by the oenology representative Matteo Pessina, and teacher at Alma in Colorno. A pioneering tasting that took place into the exclusive location “L’Ambasciata” in Mantova. “Pioneering” because it was a “technique” presentation of Monte delle Vigne wines to authorized personnel. Pairing two wines to a unique course was a coup de théâtre deign to a great narrator (and two times during the same lunch, it is revolutionary). “The oeno-culinary experience was extraordinary” said the present restaurant owners; the kitsch atmosphere of the location, founded by Tamani brothers brought all the guests into another fantastic and fairy world.
The tasting offered a perfect union between high-quality food of Matteo Uguolotti and the exceptional Monte delle Vigne wine production.
