Monte delle Vigne: a valued sponsor at the first edition of BITE

A gathering of haute cuisine, exceptional wines, foodie specialties, and creativity: this was the spirit that animated the first edition of BITE, the event that transformed Corte Spalletti into a gourmet stage, where the finest interpreters of taste came together to celebrate the value of the territory and its excellence.

Monte delle Vigne—the only winery from Emilia—participated as a sponsor, bringing a tasting of its most representative labels: from Primavera to Rubina, from Callas in the extraordinary 2017 vintage to Nabucco. Our wines accompanied the chefs’ dishes, enhancing their flavours and harmonies and reaffirming the importance of the dialogue between food and wine.

With its presence, Monte delle Vigne offered a sensory journey that highlighted the chefs’ creations and reaffirmed its commitment to promoting the territory through respectful and innovative viticulture. The wines from our Parma Hills engaged in a dialogue with the chefs’ dishes, helping to tell the story and spirit of Italy’s food valley.
