“Always on Thursdays”, paraphrasing Daniele Silvestri (even if he said “on Sundays”): the fixed summer event on Parma Hills with wine and food trucks in front of the winery has been transformed into a beautiful indoors happening, at Bar Centrale of Collecchio, the symbol bar of Parma and province for the aperitifs.
With the slogan “Autumn Aperistreet at Bar Centrale”, the event, into the bar of a representative client, reunited two eno-gastronomic companies that make as their strong points the belonging to the Parma terroir and people initiative: Ruliano and Monte delle Vigne. The tasting was a real sensory trip into the world of authentic flavours of our land. The guests had the opportunity to plunge into the excellence of Monte delle Vigne wines, represented by Lorenzo Numanti and its staff and the Ruliano Parma ham, symbolized by Carlotta Montali and Mario Gonzi.
Once arrived, the guests have been hosted from a warm and convivial atmosphere. The Bar Centrale, with its comfortable design in the little centre of Collecchio, revealed as the ideal stage for the special night.
Carlotta, Mario and Luca opened the event by presenting the Ruliano Parma ham, a high-quality product which represents the tradition of our region: with its perfect seasoning and the unique flavour, the Parma ham conquered the palate of all the present people. Ruliano team told the history and the production techniques, by underlining the importance of the raw material and the artisan process that makes each tasting a unique experience.
Our marketing B2B manager dictated the wine tasting times, bringing the guests through a tour between the winery labels. Each wine has been paired to a different typology of ham and amouse bouche (see the flyer), by creating a harmony of flavours that exalted both experiences. The freshness of Poggio Alto, the aromaticity of Primavera and the complexity of Rubina created enthusiasm and appreciations, while Riccardo told curiosities on the vinification and on the particularities of our land.
The event didn't represent just a tasting moment, but an occasion to socialize and share the passion for good food and quality wines. The guests had the opportunity to exchange impressions and advices, by creating an atmosphere of happiness and conviviality. The Aperistreet at Bar Centrale of Collecchio was a success, thanks to the presence of the people who told the businesses and thanks to the staff of Bar Centrale, into a context that celebrated the cooking excellences of our land.
A real thanks to all the staff of Bar Centrale, managed by Michele Galanti: Giulia, Angela, Yuri, Antonio and Lorenzo enabled this significative event. We look forward to participating to future night tastings, discovering the pairings that make our gastronomy unique.
