Callas,
the divine harmony that stands the test of time

Both Nabucco and Callas pay tribute to Parma's lyrical tradition, with its Teatro Regio hosting the legendary performances of Maria Callas. This Malvasia di Candia is named in her honour, reflecting their shared qualities: a pure expression, yet complex and full of character—just like the unmistakable voice of the Divine.

Callas exudes a wide array e aromassuch as violets and hawthorna a strong and defined personality, which remains impressed thanks to a wide range of aromas and a fresh and harmonious sip: the precise identity of Callas stands out even several years after the harvest.

La Malvasia di Candia, selezionata e raccolta a mano, fermenta a 18° per circa 20 giorni, poi vinifica in parte in anfora con macerazione sulle bucce per 6 mesi e in parte in acciaio con bâtonnage, prima di arrivare sul mercato.

The hand-selected and hand-harvested Malvasia di Candia ferments at 18° for around 20 days, partly in amphora with six months of skin contact, and partly in stainless steel with bâtonnage, before being released to the market.

It never disappoints expectations: impeccable in its notes of white flowers and citrus, the palate is rich and juicy, with a significant acidic backbone that promises great longevity and a pronounced minerality that enlivens the finish. Highly convincing.

Bright yellow with green reflections. A clear vegetal imprint recalling tomato leaf, with citrus touches and clover. Linear, with a sharp acidic impact that brings Granny Smith apple to the palate, complemented by a touch of softness. – 5 ACINI
