La Malvasia di Candia, selezionata e raccolta a mano, fermenta a 18° per circa 20 giorni, poi vinifica in parte in anfora con macerazione sulle bucce per 6 mesi e in parte in acciaio con bâtonnage, prima di arrivare sul mercato.

The hand-selected and hand-harvested Malvasia di Candia ferments at 18° for around 20 days, partly in amphora with six months of skin contact, and partly in stainless steel with bâtonnage, before being released to the market.
