Il nostro spumante brut rosè Rubina ha attirato l’attenzione degli spettatori nello spazio degustazione del programma televisivo “2 Chiacchiere in cucina” su La7 Gold, condotto da Cristina Dori e Ilenia Bazzacco.
Inside the usual space dedicated to the presentation of a wine - l’Angolo della Degustazione -, the sommelier Lorena Ceolin, masterfully presented Monte delle Vigne and our sparkling Barbera. The spectators could follow step by step the tasting of this gorgeous Emilian sparkling rosé. With its balanced blend of acidity and effervescence, Rubina has been paired to some Eastern tacos filled with local sausage.
Rubina confirmed itself as an authentic Monte delle Vigne excellence which deserves to be appreciated and tasted by all the lovers of good-drinking and careful of the well-being at the same time: the sparkling wine is organic from 2021.

After some days, Brusata went on air inside Studio Aperto MAG on Italia Uno channel on a service where it was presented in pairing to an authentic excellence of our land: Fungo di Borgotaro IGP.
Inside the beautiful frame of Trattoria Vecchio Borgo, before the chef Maria Tomoiaga presented her recipe of fried mushrooms and then the patron – and sommelier – Cristiano Cozzani introduced the ideal pairing with the acidity and “freshness” of our Barbera, vintage 2022.
