Limestone-clay soils with a west-facing exposure, at an altitude of 250-300 metres

The hand-selected Barbera grapes undergo a gentle pressing, followed by approximately four hours of skin contact. After fermentation at 17°C, the wine is aged for six months using the Charmat Method before release.
